Note to self:
Here’s something to help prioritise what’s important in life.
Think of these as the various “accounts in your book”
The Three Categories are:
- “Being,” which includes your intellect, spirituality, and physicality;
- “Relating” – or the relationships and communities you participate in;
- “Doing,” which covers work, finances, hobbies, and pursuits.
Name as many “accounts” relevant to you in each category, like “Python programming” could be one account under hobbies and so on…
Think about the health of all your accounts. Which are doing well, and which ones need your attention?
